Querying problem status
To retrieve the latest status of a previously reported problem, these methods are available to use.

The first method to find the latest status of a reported problem is using the Query Problem Status (QRYPRBSTS) command.- Querying problem status: Method 2
The other method to find the latest status of a reported problem is using the Work With Problem (WRKPRB) command.
