Querying problem status: Method 2
The other method to find the latest status of a reported problem is using the Work With Problem (WRKPRB) command.
- Type WRKPRB on any command line and press the Enter key. The Work with Problems display appears.
- Find the problem entry for which you want to query the status. To start a query, the problem entry must have a status of Answered or Sent.
- Type option 8 (Work with problem) next to the problem entry. The Work with Problem menu appears.
- Select option 41 (Query problem status text). The Results of the query are shown.
The QRYPRBSTS command does not apply to problem entries that have a Fix request specified in the problem description column of the Work with Problem display.
