When first researching a problem start with the product documentation. Product documentation might be provided with the product or on the Web. Start by completing the following steps.

  1. Review the Release Notes for additional information.

  2. Review the documentation in this section.

    WebSphere Portal Express includes multiple software products. Therefore, you might also have to refer to troubleshooting information for other products. See Products and components overview for links to information for other products.
