Navigating to the Document Libraries portlet

Access the Document Libraries portlet through the Administration menu.

To access the Document Libraries portlet, meet one of the following criteria:

• Member of Content Administrators group, which is set to wpsContentAdministrators user group by default

  - OR -

• Manager role in the Document Libraries portlet plus User role in the portal content page and at least one document library

Follow these steps to access the Document Libraries portlet:

1. Log in as an administrator.

2. Click the main menu, and click Administration.

   If you are logged in as a portal administrator, you can access the administration portlets from several locations, including the main menu, the Product Links on the Welcome page, or the Quick Links at the bottom of a page. However, if you are logged in as a content administrator, you can only access the administration portlets through the main menu.

3. Click Portal Content.

4. Click Document Libraries.
