Customizing the Document Libraries portlet

Modify a view of the Document Libraries portlet.

Follow these steps to modify a view of the Document Libraries portlet. These settings do not affect the view that other administrators see when they use the Document Libraries portlet.

1. Log in as an administrator.

2. Navigate to the Document Libraries portlet.

3. Click on the right-hand side drop-down menu icon, then click Personalize.

4. Specify the following Document Libraries portlet settings:

   • Number of document libraries displayed per page

   • Enable and disable the browser plug-in

5. Save the settings.
