Change a customer's registration profile

Use the Customer Information to change a customer's registration profile for a B2C or B2B store. We can change the customer's store account status, title, name, preferred language or currency, and challenge question and answer: (B2B direct)

Procedure

  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator

  2. Find the customer we want to work with.

  3. Open the Customer Information notebook:

    • Select the check box next to the customer to work with, and click Change.

    • Click the customer logon ID, from the Customer Logon ID column.

    The Customer Information notebook opens and the General page is displayed.

  4. Update each field on the page, as required. To make other changes to this customer's registration information, use the links on the left side to switch between each customer information page. To save the changed registration profile and close the notebook, click OK.
