Find blocked orders
You can find all blocked orders or only orders with a specific block.
Procedure
- Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Open the Find Orders window.
- Click Operations > Find Orders.
- Click Sales > Find Orders.
A search window opens. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Click Advanced search.
- From the Blocked status list, select Blocked.
- Optional: Select the block code from the Block reason list. You can select only one block code for a search.
To find all blocked orders, leave this field blank.
- Click Find to start the search.
