Evaluate responses (buyer: buyer (buy-side))
This section refers to reviewing responses.
To review a response before accepting or rejecting it, from the advanced B2B starter store:
Procedure
- From the advanced B2B starter store home page, click RFQ List The RFQ list page displays.
- Click List RFQ Responses on an RFQ. The RFQ Responses page displays. The list contains all the responses received from the seller.
- Click on the name of the selected response to review.
The Response Summary page displays. The page summarizes General, Terms and conditions, Attachments, and Product page information.
- Click a product name to view product details about terms and conditions and specifications. The Product page displays. It contains details about the specific item (SKU) selected.
- Click OK when the review is complete.
