Close an RFQ request (buyer)

This section refers to closing an RFQ request.

Responses cannot be accepted or rejected unless an RFQ is closed. When an RFQ is closed, no more responses will be accepted. The scheduler periodically checks the RFQ end time against the current time, and closes RFQs. When the RFQ end time is detected, the RFQ is closed.

For purposes of this tutorial, you should close the RFQ request manually from the advanced B2B starter store:

Procedure

  1. From the advanced B2B starter store RFQ list page, click Close RFQ on the selected RFQ.

  2. The RFQ list page updates, with the selected RFQ displaying a status of Closed.
