Check the status of RFQ responses

You can check the status of any RFQ response to see its current stage in the workflow. This helps determine whether there are RFQ responses awaiting approval, for instance.


Before you begin

In order to receive e-mail notifications of changes to the status of the responses, notification and RFQ job scheduling must be enabled by the Site Administrator during setup.


Procedure

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. Navigate to the RFQ response page. A listing of the responses you have generated for a specific RFQ request displays.

  3. Specify the status of the responses you are searching for in the View field.

  4. The status of each response is indicated in the Status column.
