Operate > WebSphere Commerce Accelerator > Request for Quote (RFQ) > Work with RFQ responses
Find responses to a specific RFQ request
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Find the RFQ to work with.
- Select the check box for the row containing the RFQ of interest.
- Click Responses to view the responses that you have created for this RFQ. The RFQ Response page displays the following information:
- Response name
- A unique identifier for the response.
- Remark
- Displays any remark the seller typed in on the General response creation form.
- Status
- Indicates the current state of an RFQ request in the RFQ process. The choices are:
- All
- Shows all responses regardless of state
- Draft
- In preparation or being modified
- Active
- Approved by approver and submitted to buyer
- Canceled
- RFQ request is withdrawn by buyer and sellers notified, or buyer withdraws RFQ response
- Retracted
- Response is removed from active state and is either modified or canceled
- Pending Approval
- Being reviewed by approver if approvals has been enabled
- In-evaluation
- Response being evaluated by buyer
- Rejected
- The RFQ response was not accepted by the approver, and was returned to a draft state
- Won
- The response was accepted by the buyer
- Lost
- The response was not accepted by the buyer
- Won Complete
- The response was accepted by the buyer and has been sent to the Order or Contract subsystem
- Lost Complete
- The response was not accepted by the buyer and the winning responses have been sent to the Order or Contract subsystem
- Creation time
- The date and time the RFQ response was created.
- Won Next Round
- The response was accepted by the buyer and the buyer has created a next round RFQ.
- Lost Next Round
- The response was not accepted by the buyer and the buyer has created a next round RFQ.
