Approve an RFQ response
If approvals is enabled for the organization, responses must be approved before they are sent to the buyer.
Before you begin
To ensure that approvals is enabled, verify that the organization administrator has signed up for the appropriate approver member group.Approval to proceed with the response submission request can be granted only by the individual, within an organization, who has the authority to approve a submission response. Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Find the response to work on.
- Click Submit when the response is complete.
- When the approver has made a decision, we will receive a message indicating whether the submission has been accepted or rejected. If accepted, the response is transmitted to the buyer at the same time as the notification.
