Troubleshoot: Photos cannot be uploaded to the photo gallery when using Lotus Connections
When using Lotus Connections as the service provider to manage photo galleries, you cannot upload photos to a photo gallery.
Problem
Although the photo does not exceed the maximum file size limit, you cannot upload the photo to the photo gallery.
Solution
Lotus Connections specifies the following file size limits:
- A maximum file size for each file that is uploaded to the blog component.
- A maximum file size for the cumulative size of all files uploaded to the blog component.
Determine if the maximum file size limit for the cumulative size of all files uploaded to the blog component is exceeded. You can change the value of this limit from the Lotus Connections Blog User Interface:
- Log in to the Lotus Connections Blog User Interface as the Administrative user.
- Click the Administration tab.
- In the File Upload Settings section, increase the value of the Max Directory Size.
