Changing an answer for a question
The steps in this section explain how to change an answer for a question of the Guided Sell.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Open the Guided Sell list:
- From the Merchandise menu, click Guided Sell.
- From the Products menu, click Guided Sell.
A list of Guided Sells displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- Select the check box to the left of the category name to work with and click Q and A Tree. The Q and A Tree for the selected Guided Sell displays.
- If the answer is linked to the Q and A Tree, then select the answer and click Change. If the answer is not linked to the Q and A Tree, then click Questions. The list of questions displays. Select the check box to the left of the question for which to change the answer and click Answers. The list of answers displays. Select the check box to the left of the answer to change and click Change. The Change Answer notebook displays.
- In the Details panel change the following information:
- Select the language from the Language drop down list.
- In the Answer field, type the answer to change.
- In the Description field, type a brief description of the answer.

- Click OK to save the changes.
