Add new features to a metaphor
The steps in this section explain how to add features to a metaphor.
Procedure
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- Open Product Advisor:
- Click Merchandise > Product Advisor.
- Click Products > Product Advisor.
The list of categories and its status for search space creation displays. If you do not see this menu, then the logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact the Site Administrator.
- To create a metaphor or add features to a metaphor:
- If you are creating a metaphor, then select the check box to the left of the category name and click New Exploration or New Comparison. The corresponding page displays.
- To add features to an existing metaphor, click Modify Exploration or Modify Comparison. The corresponding page displays.
- Click Add, the Add Features page displays.
- Select the check box to the left of the feature code that to add.
- Click Add. This adds the selected features to the metaphor.
- Click OK.
