Changing e-mail templates
E-mail templates are the basis of e-mail activities. You can ensure that the resulting content is appropriate for the target audience, and change it as needed.
Before you begin
If you are using extended sites, and logged in to an extended site, you can change e-mail templates if the e-mail template belongs to the extended site store. If the e-mail template belongs to the asset store, you can only change the e-mail template if the user ID has access to the asset store.
Procedure
- Open the Management Center.
- From the explorer view, click E-mail Templates. The E-mail Templates - List page opens.
- Right-click the e-mail template that to change; then click Open.
- Update the page as required for the changed e-mail template.
- Click Save.
