Delete e-mail templates
Delete the e-mail activity templates removes incorrect or obsolete templates from the Management Center.
Before you begin
If you are using extended sites, and logged in to an extended site, you can delete e-mail templates if the e-mail template belongs to the extended site store. If the e-mail template belongs to the asset store, you can only delete the e-mail template if the user ID has access to the asset store.
Procedure
- Open the Management Center.
- From the explorer view, click E-mail Templates. The E-mail Templates - List page opens.
- Right-click the template that to delete; then click Delete.
Results
The e-mail template will be removed from the e-mail template list.You cannot delete an e-mail template that is associated with an active, but unsent e-mail activity.
