Monitor customers waiting for help
The number of customers currently waiting for help from Customer Service Representatives is displayed below the Customer waiting indicator. The number increases when a customer clicks the help link on the Web site.
The number decreases when:
- A Customer Service Representative begins a session with a customer.
- A customer closes a request for help before being contacted by a Customer Service Representative.
Tip: The Customer waiting indicator number contains only customers who are waiting for help from a Customer Service Representative, in the currently monitored queue. The list of all store customers in the Web site contains all customers at the site, including customers under the Customer waiting indicator, customers in active help sessions, and customers who have not requested help. The list of customers waiting only includes the customers waiting for help.
