Select the disposition of returned products

To select the disposition of returned products:

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

2. From the Operations menu, click Returns.
   
   

   From the Logistics menu, click Returns.
   The Returns list is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.

3. Select the check box next to the return you want to work with, and click Returned Products. The Returned Products list is displayed.

4. Select the check box next to the returned product you want to work with, and click Disposition. The Disposition page is displayed.

5. Provide appropriate information for the fields, and click Add to save the information.
