Listing return reasons

To list return reasons:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From either the Store or Hub menu, click Return Reasons.
    If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.

  3. To work with an individual return reason, select the check box next to the return reason you want to work with and click one of the buttons on the page.
