Delete a return reason

To delete one or more return reasons:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.

  2. From either the Store or Hub menu, click Return Reasons.
    The Return Reasons list is displayed. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.

  3. Select the check boxes next to the return reasons that you want to delete, and click Delete. A message confirming the deletion is displayed.

  4. Click OK to delete the return reasons.

The return reason is marked for deletion from the database when you click OK. To completely delete the return reason, the Site Administrator must run the Database Cleanup utility.
