Change a return reason
To change a return reason:
- Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
- From either the Store or Hub menu, click Return Reasons.
The Return Reasons list displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.- Select the check box next to the return reason that you want to work with, and click Change. The Change Return Reason dialog opens.
- Update the fields as required.
- Click OK to save the changes.
