Create a question for a Guided Sell

To create a question for a Guided Sell:

1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
2. From the Merchandise menu, click Guided Sell.
   From the Products menu, click Guided Sell.
   A list of Guided Sells displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
3. Select the check box to the left of the category name you want to work with and click Q and A Tree. The Q and A Tree for the selected Guided Sell displays.
4. If the Q and A Tree does not contain a root question, then click New. The New Question page displays. If the Q and A Tree contains a root question, then click Questions. The list of existing questions for the Guided Sell displays. Click New. The new question page displays.
5. Add the following information:
   • The Language field is set to the store's default language.
   • In the Question field, type the question you want to create in the store's default language.
   • In the Description field, type a brief description of the question.
   • To create this question in a different language, select the language from the Language drop down list.
   • If you are creating a root question, then select the Root Question check box.
6. Click OK to save the new question.

1. You must first create the question in the store's default language, followed by any supported language.
2. The Root Question check box will be disabled if a root question is defined for the Guided Sell.
