Changing a question for a Guided Sell

To change a question for the Guided Sell:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. From the Merchandise menu, click Guided Sell.
    From the Products menu, click Guided Sell.
    A list of Guided Sells displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
  3. Select the check box to the left of the category name you want to work with and click Q and A Tree. The Q and A Tree for the selected Guided Sell displays.
  4. If the question is linked to the Q and A Tree, then select the question you want to change and click Change. The Change Question page displays. If the question is not linked to the Q and A Tree, then click Questions. The list of questions displays. Select the check box to the left of the question you want to change and click Change. The Change Question page displays.
  5. Change the following information:
    • Select the language from the Language drop down list.
    • In the Question field, type the question.
    • In the Description field, type a brief description of the question.
  6. Click OK to save the changes to the question.

The Root Question check box will be disabled if a root question is defined for the Guided Sell.
