Create a link to an answer

To create a link for an answer:

  1. Open the WebSphere Commerce Accelerator.
  2. From the Merchandise menu, click Guided Sell.
    From the Products menu, click Guided Sell.
    A list of Guided Sells displays. If you do not see this menu, then your logon ID does not have the appropriate authority to perform this task. Contact your Site Administrator.
  3. Select the check box to the left of the category name you want to work with and click Q and A Tree. The Q and A Tree for the selected Guided Sell displays.
  4. If the answer is linked to the Q and A Tree, then select the answer for which you want to create a link and click New. The New Link page displays. If the answer is not linked to the Q and A Tree, then click Questions. The list of questions displays. Select the check box to the left of the question you want to work with and click Answers. The list of answers displays. Select the check box to the left of the answer and click Change. In the Change Answer notebook, click Link in the navigation panel.
  5. Update the New Link page or the Link panel in the Change Answer notebook with the appropriate values. Help is available for this page if you require help using the fields.
  6. Click OK to create the link.
