After installing the fix pack, you are unable to access WebSphere Commerce pages; an InvalidClassException error is logged.

Problem

After applying the WebSphere Commerce Fix Pack and restarting WebSphere Commerce, some WebSphere Commerce pages will not be accessible. The following error is displayed in the SystemErr.log file

Solution

This error can be caused by a mismatch between a class file in the WebSphere Commerce EAR file and a class file stored in the Dynacache. To resolve the problem, restart the application server (for example. server1) that is associated with WebSphere Commerce .
