Sample application: Customers page
The sample application's Customers page contains information related to customer satisfaction and support.
The Customers page contains the following portlets:
- The Dashboard Filter portlet is a fly-out filter used to filter information in the Customer List portlet. The other portlets on the page react to the chosen filter.
- The Customer List portlet provides a detailed list of the company’s customers. When a certain customer is selected, users can choose an action to update other portlets appropriately.
- The Orders portlet shows order information. The portlet is designed to allow users to edit its settings. It also allows users to export data to an ODS file.
- The Customer Satisfaction portlet contains a simple bar chart showing customer satisfaction every six months. Users can add or view annotations for the chart.
- The Customer Support Issues portlet shows all customer support issues. When the mouse moves over a company name, a customer business card appears. When a customer is selected, the portlet shows issues for that customer. Users can add or view annotations for the table.
