Install administration services and the operations console

1. Create administration database (Optional)
2. Set endpoints for administration services
3. Install:
   • Using Server Configuration Tool (Tutorial)
   • Using Ant tasks
   • Manually
4. Assign roles to users and groups
5. Review JNDI properties
6. Verify installation
7. Deploy a project WAR file
