3. Create, start, stop, and delete queue managers

4. Create the components required to connect the IBM MQ installations and applications together

5. Review how to connect clients to an IBM MQ server

6. Configure queue manager clusters.

   We can change the behavior of IBM MQ or a queue manager by changing configuration information. In general, we do not need to restart a queue manager for any configuration changes to take effect, except for when stated in this product documentation.
