Building Process Portal spaces for participating in processes
The Human Task Management widgets that are delivered with IBM BPM Advanced provide a means for using Process Portal spaces to participate in business processes. When you build these spaces for different user groups, consider the roles and work patterns of these users, the type of process and tasks that these users work with, and the data that they need while completing their work.
A subset of the Human Task Management widgets are also delivered with IBM BPM Standard.
If your system is configured to work with IBM Case Manager, you can include these widgets in a Case Manager Client solution space.

The Human Task Management widgets and templates are delivered with both IBM BPM Standard and IBM BPM Advanced. The availability of individual widgets and templates depends on the IBM BPM configuration that you are using.- Federation considerations for Process Portal spaces
You can use Process Portal spaces to provide a single, federated user experience for participating in processes and tasks from multiple IBM BPM systems, or across multiple process servers. Federation with IBM Case Manager solutions is also supported.

The Human Task Management widgets can support business process definitions (BPDs) that were authored in IBM Process Designer, and BPEL processes and human tasks that were authored in IBM Integration Designer.If the system is configured correctly, the widgets can also support IBM Case Manager solutions. To ensure that you can use the widgets in a Process Portal space to work with BPDs, BPEL processes, and case management solutions, certain requirements need to be met when you develop these artifacts.
