Default queries for Human Task Management widgets

Queries deliver the lists of artifacts, such as processes and tasks, that are displayed in the Human Task Management widgets in Process Portal spaces. A set of default queries is provided for use in the widgets.

The default queries, for example, IBM.DEFAULTALLTASKSLIST_75, IBM.DEFAULTALLPROCESSLIST_75 and IBM.DEFAULTALLTASKDEFLIST_75, are available on every process server in the IBM BPM configuration. The queries include standard properties, such as the owner or the originator of a task, and the status of a process instance. They do not contain any modeled business data. The default queries provide the All lists in the Content tab of the widget configuration.

To include business data in queries, create a saved search or query table that includes this data.

If you migrated to IBM BPM Advanced from a previous version of WebSphere Process Server, you can continue to use the previous version of the default queries, for example, IBM.DEFAULTALLTASKSLIST and IBM.DEFAULTALLPROCESSLIST. These default queries provide the V7 All lists in the Content tab of the widget configuration.
