Deprecated feature: The partitioning facility (WPF) feature is deprecated. You can configure partitioning with WebSphere eXtreme Scale.
Policy Administration
WebSphere eXtreme Scale has three options for administering the policies:
- through the administrative console
- wpfadmin (both a script and examples for users to create their own custom scripts)
- wsadmin scripts
Policies can be updated at any time and take effect immediately (do not require a Java™ virtual machine restart). See the wpfadmin command for examples that explain managing existing, creating new, and deleting the high availability manager CoreGroup policies.
