Procedure

Install Advanced Message Security for z/OS (AMS)
There is no longer a separate enablement module for AMS. If your enterprise has AMS entitlement, through either the IBM MQ Advanced Message Security for z/OS, IBM MQ Advanced for z/OS, or IBM MQ Advanced for z/OS Value Unit Edition products, we must enable AMS using the AMSPROD attribute. Otherwise the queue
manager will not start. See Product

Install Managed File Transfer for z/OS.
