Manage processes and workload using dashboards in Process Portal

Process Portal includes several standard, ready-to-use dashboards that help you to analyze and manage your business processes. In addition, your Process Portal installation might include company-specific dashboards for managing other aspects of business processes.

The following ready-to-use dashboards are available.

Dashboard Description
My Performance Shows the current status of your tasks for either a specific group, or all the groups of which you are a member. You can also choose a specific business process to analyze or view data for all the processes in which you participate. You can use this dashboard as an alternative to the views in the My Tasks tab.
My Team Performance Shows the current status of the tasks for groups for which you are designated as a team manager.

You must be a member of a team managers group to access this dashboard.

Process Performance Shows the current status of the active instances of particular processes in your organization. The specific processes that are included in the Process Performance dashboard can be configured.

You must be a member of the Process Owner participant group to access this dashboard.

My SLA Overview If SLAs have been defined, this dashboard displays a table that lists the name, description, and current status of particular SLAs. The specific SLAs that are included in the My SLA Overview dashboard can be configured.

You must be a member of the Process Owner participant group to access this dashboard.


Procedure

  1. On the Dashboards page, click the down arrow, and select the name of the dashboard that you want to view.
  2. Filter the displayed data. For the ready-to-use dashboards, you can filter the data that is displayed as shown in the following table:

    Dashboard Filters
    My Performance To filter the results by the teams that you belong to, use the Team Filter list. To filter the results by process, use the Process Filter list.
    My Team Performance To filter the results by the teams that report to you, use the Team Filter list. To filter the results by process, use the Process Filter list.
    Process Performance Filters are not available in this dashboard.
    My SLA Overview Filter the results by a particular timeframe using the Time list.
    For custom dashboards, the filter options are determined by the person who created the dashboard.

If you are authorized, you can act on tasks and processes directly from the dashboard.
