Set up user access to the My Team Performance dashboard

The My Team Performance dashboard in Process Portal provides team managers with status reports for the groups that they manage. To enable team managers to access the dashboard, they must be a member of a team managers group.

A team managers group is not available by default in IBM BPM. You must create the team managers groups that you need, and then associate the user groups that report to these managers with the corresponding team managers group.


Procedure

  1. Log on to the Process Admin Console.
  2. Navigate to the Group Management page, and create a group that is to be a team managers group.

  3. Add your team managers to the new group.

  4. Associate user groups with the team managers group.

    Edit each of the user groups that are managed by members of the team managers group. For each user group, in the Team Manager Group field enter the name of the managers group created in step 2.


Results

Members of the new team managers group can view the My Team Performance dashboard in Process Portal.
