Importing categories from a unit test registry
You can import categories when you open a unit test registry, and map the categories to values from a value file.
- In the Web Services Explorer, turn to the Open Registry page.
- Select the Is WebSphere UDDI Registry checkbox.
- Enter the host and port of the WebSphere UDDI registry.
- Select Check for user-defined categories.
- Click Go. If the registry contains any categories, they are now listed on the Registry Details page.
- Click Edit in the category's Actions column to edit the category, and click Browse to select a category value file you can associate with the category. The file provides a tree of values in the category hierarchy.
- Add the registry to Favorites to save the mapping from the category to its value file.
You now have a set of categories defined that will be available for selection when you publish to or search the registry.
