Associating a Web page with a page icon

Web Site Designer is a tool provided for designing and creating a Web site. Once you have established a visual map of file relationships, using Web Site Designer, associate the visual elements, known as page icons, with actual Web pages.

To associate a Web page with a Web page icon in Web Site Designer:

  1. In the Navigation view, right-click the page icon that you want to associate with a file and select Properties.

  2. In the File field of the Properties view, click Browse > Attach an existing file. The Select a File dialog opens.

  3. Select the page that you want to associate with the page icon and click OK.
