Manage iWidgets in the portal

Add iWidgets to the IBM WebSphere Portal

1. Register the iWidget in the portal using register-iwidget-definition.

   This places the iWidget in a clone of the wrapper portlet. After this the iWidget behaves like a portlet.

2. Place the iWidget on a page using on of the following tools...
   • Manage Pages portlet
   • Portal administration tools embedded in the theme
   • xmlaccess.sh
