Workbench setup and preferences
After installing IBM Rational Application Developer v7.0, the Workbench is configured with a default configuration to make it easier to navigate for new users. Developers are made aware of enabling the capabilities of RAD v7.5, if needed. Alternatively, developers can configure the Workbench preferences for their needs manually at any time.
In this chapter, we describe the most commonly used Application Developer preferences.
