Why do I get the error message "No license file found"?
Problem
NeoLoad cannot find a valid license.
Solutions
- If you want to use a license file
You must activate the NeoLoad license with the same user that runs the agent.
When logged in as a certain user; for example "Windows_User" and running NeoLoad manually, the Windows_User has a license in NeoLoad. When a CIS runs NeoLoad, it does not use the "Windows_User," it uses a different user, for example, "CIS_User." Therefore, the CIS_User does not have a license.
- Start NeoLoad with the agent user that has a license.
- Check that the license is activated.
- If you want to use Neotys Team Server to manage your license
- Check the NTS configuration as explained in Configure a NTS server.
- Use it in the License Parameters section of the Build step configuration as explained in Execute a NeoLoad scenario.
