Install the packages
Packages include...

- demos
The packages you can install are:
Package File SDK installable ibm-java-sdk-70-win-<arch>.exe Runtime Environment installable ibm-java-jre-70-win-<arch>.exe
Other packages are provided as compressed files:
Package File Runtime Environment ibm-java-jre-70-win-<arch>.zip SDK ibm-java-sdk-70-win-<arch>.zip Java Communications API for Windows ibm-java-javacomm-3.0-0.0-win-<arch>.zip. Demos ibm-java-demos-70-win-<arch>.zip
<arch> is either i386 or x86_64, depending on the architecture of your system.
If you install the SDK or Runtime Environment from the compressed package, you cannot use the Java plug-in.
If you install the SDK or Runtime Environment on a mapped (network) drive, the control panel icon will not be available in the Windows control panel. Installation on a mapped (network) drive is not supported.
