Troubleshooting installation problems

This section describes basic steps for troubleshooting the various stages of installation and configuration.

• Installation errors
  Use the installation package to selectively install ISIM Server and the required middleware. We also can use it to install the fix packs, which upgrade the associated product to the required software level.
• Troubleshooting operational problems
  Information about the various components that process requests and operations is in the log files for ISIM Server.
