Home
The Home page is displayed after you log in to the Identity Service Center. It contains the links to tasks that we can perform.
The information that is displayed varies, depending on the authority that the system administrator granted you. Some or all task panels or links might not be displayed.
Click the task to perform or we can select the task from the toolbar menus. We can use the toolbar to change tasks without having to return to the Home page.
The tasks View Access, Request Access, and Edit and Delete Access are grouped under the Manage Access menu.
The tasks My Activities and Delegate Activities are grouped under the Manage Activities menu.
Customized tasks that open in a new browser window are indicated by an icon.
- View Access
- We can view the accesses for ourself or others. We can select an access from the list to view the details.
- Request Access
- We can request access for ourself or others to accounts, folder, applications, and other resources required for work.
- Edit and Delete Access
- We can edit or delete accesses for ourself and others.
- My Activities
- We can view your pending activities and act on them. The number of pending activities is displayed on the navigation card. We can also review decisions that you made on completed activities.
- View Requests
- Displays information about requests that you submitted.
- Change Access Password
- We can change the password for accesses that are excluded from password synchronization.
- Edit Security Information
- Depending upon the system configuration, we can either set or edit the challenge response questions and their answers.
- Switch the persona between Manage Others and Manage Self
- If Manage Self is selected, by default, the logged in user is selected for all operational flows. The user search page is not displayed. Only authorized tasks that have a flow type of self or both are displayed on the home page.
