remove_ssui command
Removes ISIM self-service user interface. We must run the remove_ssui command from the primary node and all the cluster member nodes individually. After you run the remove_ssui on a node, you must check and address the required actions displayed on the notifications widget in the virtual appliance dashboard.
We must run remove_ssui on the primary node first, followed by the member nodes in sequence.
Usage
CLI.
isimvasvr > isim isimvasvr: isim > remove_ssui
Example
Important: Restart the Cluster Manager server, Identity Manager server and the local management interface.
- At the isimvasrv: isim prompt, enter remove_ssui.
This operation will remove the Identity Manager's self-service user interface.
The Self Service User Interface (SSUI) is deprecated and replaced with Identity Service Center (ISC).
The deprecated UI is based on Apache Struts 1, so there is an unknown level of risk of security vulnerabilities because Apache Struts 1 is no longer in service.
If you have already moved away from SSUI, please continue to uninstall SSUI.
Do you wish to continue?
Enter 'YES' to confirm: YES
The Identity Manager's self-service user interface has been removed successfully.
Restart the Cluster Manager server, Identity Manager server and local management interface to apply the new settings.Parent topic: IBM Security Identity Manager (ISIM) commands
