Manual services
A manual service requires manual intervention to complete the request. Manual services generate a work order activity defining the required manual intervention. For example, a manual service for setting up voice mail for a user. We might create a manual service when IBM Security Identity Manager does not provide an adapter for a managed resource for which to provision accounts. When we create a manual service, we add new schema classes and attributes for the manual service to the LDAP directory.
