Plan for Portal Search

Portal Search is preconfigured with a search service, a portal site search collection, and scopes. We can add, modify, and remove search services, collections, and scopes. We can install additional portlets related to Portal Search and apply special configurations. To prevent errors during crawls and ensure viewing of documents for users, enable Document Conversion Services.
