Finding blocked orders
We can find all blocked orders or only orders with a specific block.
Procedure
- Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
- Open the Find Orders window.
Click Operations > Find Orders.
- (B2B direct)Click Sales > Find Orders.
A search window opens.
- Click Advanced search.
- From the Blocked status list, select Blocked.
- Optional: Select the block code from the Block reason list. We can select only one block code for a search. To find all blocked orders, leave this field blank.
- Click Find to start the search.
