If your company operates an extended site, we can perform certain tasks directly from our extended site store within Management Center.For example, from our extended site store, we can:
- Create, edit, and view business objects that are owned by the extended sites store.
- View and use certain shared business objects that are owned by and inherited from the catalog asset store and the storefront asset store. If you also have access to the asset stores, we can perform more tasks on these inherited business objects from within the extended site store. For example, we can change and delete products that are owned by the catalog asset store from within an extended site store.
Manage business objects owned by the catalog asset store
When we are logged on to an extended site store, we can perform certain actions on catalog objects that are owned by the catalog asset store. The following table describes the actions that we can perform in an extended site store. The available actions depend on whether you have access to the extended site store only, or both the extended site store and the asset store.
