Products

Products act as templates for SKUs, the individual pieces of merchandise that are ultimately sold to a customer. The product describes the general characteristics of the merchandise, and the SKU distinguishes the differences between the merchandise. For example, a product could be a men's shirt, and the SKUs for that product could be the different colors of the shirt such as a men's red shirt and a men's green shirt, or the different styles of shirt such as a men's short sleeved shirt or a men's long sleeved shirt. We can create new products for the catalog using the Catalogs tool in the Management Center. Use the list view or product properties view to change the following product details:

We can also use these views to delete products.
