Deleting versions of a catalog entry

We can delete a version of a catalog entry. When you delete a catalog entry version, the version is removed from the versions list and can no longer be restored.

Note: For better performance, delete versions that are no longer required.

Procedure

1. Open the catalog entry version list.

2. Do one of the following steps:

   • In the Available versions table, select the versions we want to delete; then click

     . Press Ctrl and click to select multiple versions.

   • Right-click the version, and click Delete.

3. Click Save; then click Close.
